FIRST INTERVIEW
If your profile matches what we are looking for you, we will contact you for an initial interview where we will tell you more about our company and ask you some questions about your professional experience.
ASSESSMENT
In this phase of the process, depending on the seniority of the position, we will ask you to take part in different types of assessments, such as gamification and behavioral tests. At the end of these tests, you will receive feedback on the profile which emerged.
SECOND INTERVIEW
During the course of this interview, you will get to meet the head of the company department. The goal is to best analyze your technical skills as required by the role.
THIRD INTERVIEW
This last interview aims to look closer at your motivation for joining the Bonfiglioli team
