BMS Series

Using an integrated solution, rather than a traditional gearhead/motor combination, the BMS series offers revolutionary space-saving machine design, a wider range of options and a higher performance due to the synergies between permanent magnets, synchronous motors and precision planetary gearboxes technologies. With very reliable tested features, the customer has the flexibility to select three types of performance with an excellent combination variants low overspeed, medium overspeed and high overspeed. All these variants have been designed to optimize the output needed with the benefits of supreme compactness, highest torque / input speed and optimization of drive size. AxiaVert Series

The Bonfiglioli AxiaVert series is designed to allow great flexibility and the highest levels of performance, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. The AxiaVert series' modular design offers integrated functional safety, optional encoder evaluation (including digital encoders like Hiperface DSL and EnDat 2.2), open communication protocols for compliance with Industry 4.0 standards, and an intuitive GUI for commissioning and monitoring.

DGM

From the Bonfiglioli experience comes DGM, the new range of decentralized inverters for the control of asynchronous motors. DGM is perfect for the pump, ventilation and process industries thanks to the PID control, the high number of on-board I / O (digital and analog) and the integrated Soft Plc as standard for stand-alone applications. DGM can be supplied combined with a gearmotor or separately, for wall or on-board motor mounting. When the inverter is supplied with the gearmotor, mechanical assembly, wiring and basic programming are performed by Bonfiglioli, thus reducing installation times, limiting the risk of errors. Design and installation are faster than inverters installed in classic centralized switchboards.

TQ Series

The TQ series scores in each performance category: high torque density, high overload capacity, exceptional precision and low vibration. TQ is particularly suited for the highly demanding requirements of servo systems, such as fast dynamics and frequent reverse motion, precise position, motion control and high numbers of starts and stops.

EVOX CP Series

EVOX CP is a helical in-line gearbox with a smooth surface that gives high performance at a great value. With a market standard-aligned footprint, EVOX CP can be fitted to any machine without changing the gear unit interface. Thanks to Bonfiglioli's wide range of versions, options and motor technologies, EVOX CP can be adapted to any machine need. The EVOX CP Series can be combined with a wide range of electric motors such as asynchronous motors (both IEC and compact) and reluctance motors (BSR).

A Series

The A Series combines high efficiency and reliability, low maintenance costs and a wide torque range. The right angle layout between INPUT and OUTPUT makes the A Series particularly compact. The gear set combination makes this right-angle product the most efficient and durable in Bonfiglioli's light- and medium-duty portfolio. The A Series can be completed with a wide range of electric motors entirely manufactured by Bonfiglioli. Asynchronous motors both IEC and compact (BN-BE-BX/M-ME-MX), servomotors (BMD) and reluctance motors (BSR) can be coupled with the A Series.
