BE Series

BX, BE and BN Series asynchronous motors with aluminum frames are the right solution for a wide range of general purpose industrial applications. Both the IEC and Compact motor are available in IE1 (BN/M) IE2 (BE/ME) and IE3 (BX/MX) efficiency classes according to the international standard IEC 60034-30. Furthermore, Bonfiglioli's e-motors can be equipped with several options: protection class up to IP 56, tropicalized, corrosion-resistant paint, and anti-condensation heaters. AEC Series

Decades of experience in electronic industrial drives and renewable energy have enabled Bonfiglioli to offer an effective solution for recovering braking energy. This solution comes as the new Active Regenerative System inverters (AEC). In a large number of electrically controlled industrial applications, inertia in moving mechanisms can drive electric motors as they act as brakes. They convert kinetic energy into electrical energy. Unloading

Unloading procedures in a mining plant are usually done by a train positioner coupled with a wagon tippler.

Feeding

Thickening

Separating the minerals from the water using gravity sedimentation means controlling the speed and at the same time facilitating the precise movements. 
Thickeners are moved by single or multi-drive solutions. For this application Bonfiglioli offers vertical linear planetary gearboxes with very high reduction ratios to obtain speeds of <1 rpm on the output shaft, with particular attention to possible torque overloads, depending on the solid material layer thickness moved by the rake. For this reason, our solution can mount load cells to monitor and eventually limit the transmitted torque.

COOKING AND FREEZING PROCESSES

Rotor Spinning

A rotor spinning machine is a type of spinning machine used in the textile industry to produce yarn from fibers such as cotton, wool, and synthetic fibers. The machine uses a rapidly rotating, perforated rotor to draw fibers into a chamber and twist them into yarn.
The process consists of a rotor with an opening through which fibers are fed into the rotor and are presst into the rotor cup by centrifugal force. As the fibers are drawn out the rotor, they are twisted by the rotation of the rotor cup to form a continuous yarn. The yarn is then wound onto a package, which can be further processed into finished textiles.
The rotor spinning machine is known for its high production rate and efficiency, making it a popular method for producing yarn in large quantities. The machine can operate at hi speeds enabling it to produce large amounts of yarn in a short amount of time. However, the yarn produced by rotor spinning is typically of lower quality than that produced by ring spinning, with more hairiness and a rougher surface.
