Optimizing our products: a shared goal

How do we do it?

Drawing on advanced methodologies, tools and targeted optimization, we are able to maximize product efficiency and limit the weight of individual parts, improving performance without compromising on quality.

By focusing on reducing the size of our products and our consumption of materials, we are able to produce solutions that are more compact and lightweight, using fewer resources whilst offering superior performance.

Minimizing leftover materials and losses means we can ensure a more sustainable, economical production process that cuts waste and optimizes resources.

  •  We also utilize Digital Twin technology to replicate and monitor the physical behavior of our products within a virtual environment. We also develop hybrid Digital Twins, which combine experimental validation with digital technology to achieve even more accurate, reliable results.

  • We use automatic optimizers to determine the minimum amount of materials required to maximize the efficiency of our motors. This multi-objective optimization process enables us to minimize the use of raw materials whilst maximizing performance.

  • Using thermal and fluid dynamic simulations based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), we can optimize the amount of oil in our products for even greater performance and efficiency.

  • We then use experimental validation at our seven R&D laboratories, located across the globe, to confirm and calibrate our simulation systems, especially when introducing new technologies.

  • Thanks to the Internet of Things (IoT), we are able to equip our products with sensors and acquire performance data directly from our customers' machines. This data is then used to optimize the efficiency of new products, ensuring consistently higher performance levels with each release.
