300 Series - Mobile

The 300 series is compact and powerful. Their planetary drive train makes them the ideal choice for all severe duty applications where shock loads and impacts are more the rule than the exception. The product configuration is highly versatile, due to several options for mounting, gear layout, output shaft and motor interface. All the features are available for each of the 20 finely spaced frame sizes, with a torque range of 1,000 to 1,100,000 Nm.

Planetary drives

By combining the Bonfiglioli and O&K product lines, Bonfiglioli planetary drives offer the widest torque range available on the market today. Both gearboxes with rotating housing and non-rotating housing are configurable for electric and hydraulic applications. The various possible combinations of these drives testify to the high modularity of Bonfiglioli solutions for deck machinery.

Rotary head drives

By supplying the necessary power to the drilling machine, the rotary head drives allow more efficiency and resistance to long work times. Bonfiglioli has developed drives that excellently meet these requirements.

Cutter drives

With a reliable, optimized design, Bonfiglioli drive solutions for auger applications are excellently adapted to feed-mixer requirements. A variety of interfaces makes these series very flexible. Two shafts for the in-line and multi-augers are another two fundamental features.

Mixer drives

The Bonfiglioli line of azimuth thrusters is class compliant with 3.2 pinion and offers a modular design to any marine & offshore machine builder. Suitable for the most demanding offshore jobs, these drives are available with integrated pinions. Their design optimizes torque performance and radial load capacity to give excellently mesh pinion and ring gear. For accurate adjustment, the Bonfiglioli series are available with eccentric mounting between the pinion axis and the casing axis.

Screw conveyor

The screw conveyor moves the material into a round pipe. Its precision is fundamental to the process. Bonfiglioli solutions provide optimized torque to drive the material into the pipe and minimize sliding through the spiral.
