Responsible for the product, its design and testing in order to develop engineering solutions which meet the specified quality, cost, delivery and safety standards and respond to customer and market requirements.

Ensures the efficient management of the flows of goods and services required to create a product, from procurement of the raw materials through to final delivery, ensuring optimization of the level of service provided to the end customers.

Ensures the efficient management of purchasing activities, monitoring markets and suppliers at both national and international level. Proposes, develops and supervises the purchasing processes in order to guarantee sustainability and profitability.

Manages and supervises the production of products and solutions in line with the corporate quality and safety criteria. Offers industrialization, maintenance and process improvement services in accordance with Bonfiglioli's policies, production strategy, and operating procedures.

Ensures that the company's high quality standards are met, both in terms of processes and products, with the goal of improving the level of service offered during the sales and after-sales phases. Defines and develops the Quality & HSE policies in order to plan, implement, monitor and improve both the operational and support processes, designing and implementing the quality management system as the means to meet these goals.

This is responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies in order to achieve sales volumes and turnover targets. It also collects and analyzes customer needs in order to customize the products and contribute to the technical product development.

Promotes employee development, making the most out of their talents and generating opportunities for growth in order to support organizational performance.

Manages and promotes the corporate image, with the goal of adding value and improving the internal and external reputation. Provides support in product promotion through communications campaigns shared online and on social media.

Protects Bonfiglioli's legal interests and translates the corporate policy choices into legal terms, assessing the legal consequences of management decisions, as well as monitoring that the company complies with legislative requirements.

Responsible for promoting the application of technologies and digital solutions both in the process and product field, with the goal of creating new value for the company and its customers, and at the same time encouraging the development of new business models within the Group.

Defines and implements financial policies and strategies at a global level, through the direct management of all aspects relating to finance, accounting, reporting, treasury, planning and control for the entire Group.

Performs strategic planning by defining the medium-long term business goals, specifying the tools and actions required to achieve them. Manages operations for mergers and/or acquisitions of other companies in order to ensure growth of the Group in line with the business goals.

Manages and coordinates the company’s real estate and work sites, with the goal of preserving and increasing the value of the real-estate assets in line with the business objectives, as well as ensuring that the sites are productive and functional for the corporate population.

The production operator works in the production/assembly of a specific type of product or component. He/she works mainly on the production line, using tools and machinery or supervising the operation of automated plants.
